Mixed Martial Arts

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a dynamic sport that combines various disciplines such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, wrestling, and boxing. Our MMA classes are designed to provide a well-rounded training experience, focusing on both striking and grappling techniques.

What to Expect:

One of our most demanding classes filled with lots of sparring and drillings combos. Combining striking with grappling creates a full body workout like no other. With higher intensity drilling and sparing your are sure to get a workout.

Rash guard, mouth guard, shin pads, and gloves are needed for class. A cup is also recomended.

Who is it for?

Mixed class is designed for intermediate to experienced martial artists. We wouldn’t recommend this class if you are a beginner or have physical limitations. Students need to be able to have physical and emotional self control.

Class is currently open for new students.

Tuesday 7:30pm-8:30pm Sparring

Wednesday 7:00pm-8:00pm

Thursday 7:30pm-8:00pm Sparring

Friday 5:30pm-6:30pm
